Job Description:

The Adecco office located in Irvine, CA is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivbale Analyst job. The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for producing timely and accurate monthly fee accruals, monthly, quarterly and annual invoices and continuous process improvements for the Client Billing/Accounts Receivable department.

The responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable job include:

-Compute specialized management fee invoices using account portfolio market values and terms stated in the Investment Management contracts.

-Participate in monthly closing activities including generation, analysis and documentation of management fee accruals.

-Effectively manage client queries by identifying, resolving and communicating (written and verbal) account issues in a clear, concise, accurate and timely manner.

-Ensure data integrity through audit of systems against Investment Management contracts.

-Participate in regular internal and external audits, prepare ad hoc reporting as requested and participate in systems testing and documentation of results related to the regular upgrades of the billing system.
