A company is looking for a Team Lead, Bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the Bookkeeping team provides exceptional service to
clients
Lead training sessions and manage team performance metrics
Oversee month-end service delivery and customer onboarding
processes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of U.S. bookkeeping/accounting experience with knowledge
of SMB accounting methods
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent
certification/experience
1+ years of experience in a leadership or mentoring role
