Job Description:
A company is looking for a SIU Investigator in the Los Angeles
Metro, CA area.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate questionable claims to identify potential fraud in
compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Collect evidence through interviews and database searches, and
prepare detailed investigative reports
Develop fraud prevention strategies and maintain relationships with
industry and law enforcement contacts
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
2 years of claims adjusting or P&C SIU/Fraud Investigation
experience, or 4 years of relevant investigative experience
Proven investigatory skills and experience in obtaining statements
from witnesses and suspects
Knowledge of state laws and regulations related to insurance
fraud
Familiarity with data analysis software and evidence gathering
techniques
