The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has deep strategic Paid Media account management expertise, as well as experience managing and developing junior staff. As a top Strategist within our Digital Advertising Solutions practice, you will be instrumental in developing strategies, planning, and ensuring proper implementation of paid search and media marketing programs to meet and exceed client goals. You have a passion for driving measurable business outcomes as a part of a larger team. You are constantly finding new ways to deliver actionable and strategic insights to your clients while helping your teammates develop the capacity to do the same. This role will contribute to the development and ongoing evolution in our strategy and management of paid search and media clients. You'll be called up to contribute to pitches new engagements for mid-market and enterprise clients across a variety of industries with support from your team and a team of sellers from across Perficient. You'll work closely with our other Digital Advertising Solutions team members to guide their thinking and ultimately help develop their skill sets. ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Director of Paid Media, the Paid Media Lead Strategist will be responsible for managing a small team of paid media strategists, focusing on developing skills and driving results for clients. This role will also act as an expert for - clients that they oversee and contribute on. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage and develop direct reports by providing career development plans, regular reviews, coaching and real-time feedback on work and engagementsAct as a point of escalation for client issues that require additional analysis and leadership Prioritize and develop a strong relationship with key paid search and media clients Make sure best practices and processes are continually enforced for all Digital Advertising Solutions activitiesManage and maintain budget pacing strategies collaborative with the teamCollaborate on data, measurement & reporting strategies to demonstrate a clear ROI from our efforts Contribute to efforts to secure client renewals, upsells, and new accountsParticpate in internal education and external thought leadership QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing or advertising preferred6-8 years of experience in Paid Search, Media and Shopping within Google and Microsoft Ads A history of developing business-driving integrated Paid Search and Media programs for clients ranging from mid-market to enterprise and spanning B2B, B2C, Ecommerce, and Retail In-depth knowledge of Search Ads 360, Adobe Advertising Cloud or similar campaign management platforms Experience in paid search automation and scripts to improve the Digital Advertising Solutions team's efficiency Proven experience managing team members Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities through the use of data & analytics, market research, and strategic frameworks Experience managing complex paid media strategies across clients Successful track record of helping to build and present strategic paid media approaches, recommendations, and tactics for clients Ability to translate digital & industry trends into succinct, compelling, conversational language for a variety of C-Suite and Marketing audiences Strong client and team leadership qualities, comfortable contributing to the company's thought leadership on paid media industry topicsPerficient full-time employees receive complete and competitive benefits.
