Job Description Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and Unit Turns. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and able to manage multiple work orders efficiently. Responsibilities: Complete maintenance work orders and repair requests in a timely manner Diagnose issues and estimate time, labor, and materials needed for repairs Perform routine and preventive maintenance on property Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance items Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and maintenance supplies Coordinate and oversee work performed by outside contractors as needed Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards Qualifications: Experience in apartment, commercial, or facility maintenance Working knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and repair techniques Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Ability to meet deadlines and work independently Reliable transportation and consistent attendance We invite candidates who are looking for a new opportunity in a supportive environment where skills and experience are appreciated to apply today!
