In this critical role, the planner will develop, schedule, and oversee maintenance operations, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in optimal condition to meet our high standards of production in the beverage and food sector. This position demands a keen eye for detail, superb organizational skills, and an ability to work collaboratively across departments to implement maintenance solutions that boost productivity and reduce downtime. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all plant equipment and facilities. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to perform preventative and reactive maintenance. Manage and track inventory of maintenance supplies and tools. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Analyze maintenance data and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Train maintenance staff on new procedures and technologies. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Proficiency in maintenance planning and scheduling software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) is preferred. OSHA Safety Certification.
