Aero Auto Repair is looking for Automotive Technicians with 5 years
of experience to join the best team in the county. Hi, my name is
Tony and I just want to be real with you for a minute. I am the
proud owner of Aero Auto Repair & California Autohaus. I started in
this industry as a technician, just like you. I worked my way up
starting as a lube tech and floor sweep into an ASE Certified
Mechanic with a passion for Mercedes. I quickly burned out working
for shops that overpromised and underdelivered. I was tired of
being underappreciated. I was tired working with unsafe, aged
equipment. I was tired of not having my voice heard. I was tired of
working with no shop tools or support. I was tired of feeling like
nothing I did mattered. I reached my breaking point and decided to
start my own company and I vowed to change our industry and the way
technicians are treated. If you are tired of not having the right
tools for the job? Look no further, I have the tools, scanners and

technicians in the range of $120-$160k per year. I offer all
technicians a base pay of double the minimum wage with a great
