and growing HVAC/Plumbing contractor in California, specializing in
many of the state's biggest and most complex HVAC/Plumbing
projects. They are committed to delivering high-quality service,

environment. Our client is currently seeking California's best and
brightest HVAC/Plumbing Project Managers to join their team. Job
Description: As an HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager, you will be
responsible for managing commercial HVAC/Plumbing construction
projects, overseeing all aspects from scheduling and budgeting to
coordinating with stakeholders. This is a full-time position with
excellent benefits and offers the opportunity to work on
high-profile projects in California. Key Responsibilities: Manage
Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Construction Projects. Oversee project
schedules, billings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Obtain
the best pricing and ensure on-time delivery of materials from
vendors. Collaborate with Owners, General Contractors, and
Subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. Communicate
effectively with the Superintendent, Foreman, Journeyman, QA teams,
and field helpers. Ensure adherence to project timelines and
quality standards. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience
working for a Mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing) Contractor. Strong
knowledge of State HVAC and Plumbing Codes, Bluebeam, MS Project,
Excel, and Quickpen/Accubid (preferred). Local stable work history.
Bachelor's degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering is
preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of
