A company is looking for a Lead UX Engineer, Design Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical implementation of design system features and
components
Define and maintain code quality standards for features and
projects
Collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams to ensure
alignment
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web
standards
Experience with component-based architecture and design systems
Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and
implementation
Experience leading testing strategies and implementation
