Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, delivery, and operations of the Data
Engineering Platform
Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to define
technology roadmaps and strategies
Implement advanced data observability practices and mentor
engineering managers and technical staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a
related field
12+ years of software engineering experience, including 7+ years in
leadership roles
Proficiency in Agile development methodologies
Strong technical expertise in software architecture and modern data
pipeline development
Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
