As a Qualcomm Software Application Engineer, you will provide technical expertise in software systems through presentations supporting business development, product demonstrations, designing and developing customer-specific requirements, commercialization, and maintenance of Qualcomm products. Qualcomm Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to address questions, issues, debugging, or troubleshooting regarding software systems and applications.Main Responsibilities:

• Option 1: Deep Learning Models compiling, algorithm optimization, performance benchmarking, AI application and framework integration, graph and backend compiler development.
• Option 2: Multimedia software development based on the Qualcomm Windows platform.Skills / Experience Required:
  • Good knowledge of software development and debugging.
  • Experience in C++, Python, or Java programming.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, MxNet, Caffe2, ONNX.
  • Understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts such as CNN, LSTM, RNN, and benchmarking tests like MLPerf.
  • Experience with Google Colab, Jupyter Notebook, Jupyter Hub.
  • Knowledge of major AI accelerator chip architectures, such as GPU cards or data center experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • 8+ years of working experience with Windows DLL, Android, Linux, and related development is preferred.Education Requirements:BS in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; MS preferred.Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience; or
    • Master's degree with 3+ years; or
    • PhD with 2+ years.
      • 2+ years of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python.
