Job Description Description Reporting to the Senior Vice
President of the C2/BM Business Area, the Navy Portfolio & Product
Manager will lead strategy, execution, and growth for Leidos’
portfolio of Navy and maritime programs within the C2/BM business
area. This leader will oversee profit and loss (P&L), growth,
technical execution, staffing, and product lifecycle management
across a team developing advanced command-and-control (C2), sensor
integration, and digital modernization solutions for the U.S. Navy
and allied maritime customers. This position represents an exciting
opportunity to evolve Leidos’ support to the maritime domain from
traditional program delivery to a product-based model—delivering
modular, scalable, and interoperable systems aligned to the Navy’s
vision for Distributed Maritime Operations (DMO) and cJADC2.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Operate
in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment; demonstrate thought
leadership, strategic agility, and a bias for action in achieving
results. Develop and execute business strategies that drive
sustainable revenue growth and align with organizational objectives
within the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Communicate effectively and
strategically with leadership, employees, peers, and customers to
ensure transparency, alignment, and shared understanding of goals,
risks, and outcomes. Provide direct guidance and oversight to
program and project managers to ensure technical, managerial, and
business objectives are achieved across the portfolio. Engage
directly with customers to build trusted relationships, identify
emerging mission needs, and ensure delivery excellence and
satisfaction. Lead with a focus on team cohesion, collaboration,
and a positive, high-performance culture that reflects Leidos’
values and commitment to innovation. Coordinate and lead
cross-functional efforts across departments and subsidiaries to
maximize mission and business outcomes. Travel as required to
support personnel engagements, customer relationships, and program
execution activities. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and
10 years of relevant experience; advanced degree preferred. (Four
additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of
a degree.) Demonstrated success leading large, complex programs or
portfolios with full P&L accountability. Strong strategic
communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills—able
to influence and align diverse stakeholders including executives,
technical teams, and customers. Proven ability to analyze, solve,
and execute complex technical and business challenges while
instilling confidence among customers, staff, and senior
leadership. Demonstrated experience interviewing, hiring, staffing,
and developing multi-disciplinary project teams. Must be a U.S.
Citizen with an active Final Secret clearance and eligibility for
Top Secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Customer
relationships and operational understanding for future Naval
operations within the cJADC2 and multi-domain concepts of
operations. Prior experience in product management or product line
ownership, driving roadmap execution and lifecycle performance for
mission or enterprise software/hardware products. Master’s degree
in engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical
field. Prior experience leading programs or portfolios within
Command and Control (C2), Battle Management, Mission Support,
and/or Digital Modernization environments. Proven ability to
partner effectively across DoD, Intelligence Community, and
international customer organizations. Demonstrated success by
capturing and executing large, complex programs and achieving
growth targets through business development and strategic planning.
Experience integrating engineering, digital, and operational
disciplines to deliver end-to-end mission solutions. Familiarity
with Earned Value Management (EVM), EVMS compliance, and financial
performance management. Strong understanding of DoD acquisition
processes, contract types, and lifecycle management. Experience
working in a matrixed organization, building collaboration across
divisions and functions. Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor
emerging leaders while fostering a culture of inclusion,
accountability, and innovation. Direct P&L responsibility
