with the Service Advisor to schedule repairs and prioritize
workflow - Train and mentor junior mechanics to enhance their
skills and knowledge - Maintain a safe and organized working
environment - Keep abreast of industry developments and
advancements in automotive technology Requirements: - High school
diploma or equivalent qualification - Certification in automotive
mechanics or a related field - Proven experience as a Shop Foreman
or similar role - Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair
and diagnostic procedures - Familiarity with General Motors makes
and models - Excellent leadership and communication skills -
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively
