CEHE operates degree-granting career colleges throughout the western United States and online. The college brands include Stevens-Henager Colleges in Utah and Idaho; CollegeAmerica in Colorado, Arizona, and Wyoming; California College San Diego, and Independence University (online platform). All of the colleges are accredited by ACCSC, a national accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. The colleges offer degree programs from the Associate's level through the Master's level in variety of disciplines including: Computer Science, Graphic Arts, Business/Accounting, Medical Specialties, Nursing, and Healthcare. CEHE is an at-will employer. Assistant Director of Admissions The Director of Admissions oversees a team of admissions officers who are responsible for assisting potential students with career goals. Essential Functions: - Manage, motivate, and train sales people who will produce excellent results in educational program sales. - Manage inquiries from advertising including but not limited to: television, newspapers, inserts, direct mail and radio. - Manage sales tracking systems for accuracy and effectiveness. - Set goals for admissions team and coach individual performance. - Prepares reports and proposals. - Responds to inquiries from students and agencies. - Must be able to lift 15 lbs. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 5 years of proven sales experience; 2 years of sales management experience - Enthusiasm and motivational skills - Organizational and training skills - Goal oriented and able to work in energetic environment - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Solutions oriented Measures of Merit: TBD by supervisor within 90 days of hire Disclaimer: This specification is intended to indicate the kinds of tasks and levels of work difficulty that will be required of positions given this title, and shall not be construed as declaring what the specific duties and responsibilities of any particular position shall be.
