A company is looking for a Director of Product Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the alignment and delivery of a customer-driven roadmap while
managing technical debt
Lead technical modernization efforts and promote scalable
architecture and clean code practices
Build and mentor high-performing teams focused on customer impact
and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
10+ years of engineering leadership experience, preferably in
payments or high-transaction environments
3+ years in a Senior Manager or Director role
Experience leading globally distributed teams
Strong technical foundation in modern application development and
cloud infrastructure
Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable
engineering outcomes
