Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Technical Director to
manage and maintain technical excellence across project
delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and uphold the standard of technical excellence in project
delivery and building science application
Collaborate across disciplines to enhance design and technical
processes, ensuring continuous improvement
Establish and maintain technical policies, processes, and metrics
to monitor project performance and compliance
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
At least 20 years of professional experience in Architecture and/or
Engineering, including 5 years in construction documentation and 3
years in construction administration
Current Architectural Registration or Professional Engineer license
in the United States
LEED accreditation preferred
Experience leading technical aspects on large projects exceeding
$200M in construction costs
