A company is looking for a Client Experience Manager -
Sports.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts,
fostering long-term relationships
Manage day-to-day operations of events, including event builds,
financial reporting, and fan engagement strategies
Monitor platform adoption and client satisfaction, collaborating
with internal teams to address challenges
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in ticketing operations, client success, or
account management in major league sports
Expertise in event builds, inventory management, and financial
reporting within professional sports ticketing systems
High technical acumen and curiosity about emerging technologies and
AI tools
Proficiency in Hubspot, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace
Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degrees or certifications
in related fields preferred
