A company is looking for an Associate Director, Access and
Affordability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop brand strategies to integrate access and affordability
messaging for healthcare providers and consumers
Collaborate with brand teams to create marketing materials that
communicate product value and access solutions
Monitor trends in reimbursement and patient affordability
challenges to inform access strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Health Policy, or a
related field; MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in marketing, market access, or related
roles in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Strong understanding of reimbursement dynamics and patient
affordability challenges
Direct experience in developing market access messaging and
tools
Proven ability to work in a matrixed environment, managing multiple
priorities and stakeholders
