Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Financial
Planning & Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
for the life and annuity business
Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management and
stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial
analysis and support investor relations activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
CPA or other relevant industry credentials preferred
5+ years of experience with insurance financials, preferably in
life and annuity
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with
PowerBI or SQL
Knowledge of insurance accounting principles and familiarity with
SEC reporting requirements
