Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Member Experience and
Innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational insights to senior leadership for
key initiatives and growth plans
Act as a liaison between the President and market teams,
representing the President's plans and actions
Oversee the development of internal and external meeting materials
and manage special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Health Care
Administration, or a related field
7+ years of experience in Strategic Planning or Business
Development
Experience in collaborating with senior leadership on business
objectives
Ability to identify impacts, risks, and interdependencies in
projects
Experience in developing presentations and operational plans
