Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Domestic Undergraduate
Admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspire and engage prospective students and families through
various communication channels
Manage the Admissions team in compliance, performance, and training
areas
Execute strategic enrollment plans and ensure effective
implementation of policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of three years' experience in College Admissions is
preferred
A Bachelor's degree is preferred
Ability to collect, analyze, and use performance metrics for team
goals
Flexibility to work varying hours, including some evenings and
weekends
High adaptability and positive engagement with diverse
populations
