Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Director - Hematology -
South Central.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Hematology Account Specialist team to ensure
strong sales performance
Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluation of the sales
team while ensuring compliance with corporate policies
Communicate industry knowledge and ensure participation in relevant
trade shows and conferences
Required Qualifications
10 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience, with 5
years in sales leadership/management
3 years of experience as a Regional Director or District Manager in
Oncology
Experience in hematology cancer markets is preferred
Knowledge of Biologics and buy and bill products or strong
experience in the Oncology field
Strong understanding of the payer environment and reimbursement
challenges
