Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Value Based Care (VBC)
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and operationalize value-based care programs and
initiatives
Act as a subject matter expert to influence strategy and goal
setting around patient attribution
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance provider tools and manage
complex needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health,
Business Administration, or related field preferred (Master's a
plus)
Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in
value-based care
Care center workflow knowledge and understanding
EMR experience required; Athena and Epic preferred
Advanced knowledge of value-based care concepts and processes
