We are currently hiring Leasing Consultants for Rancho Bernardo, Ca and surrounding areas. We’re looking for someone who is communicative, flexible with scheduling, and highly motivated. The right candidate enjoys staying busy, takes initiative, and is open to working with different properties to find the best long-term fit for their skills and experience. What You’ll Do • Connect with prospective residents in person and over the phone, creating strong first impressions • Conduct engaging apartment and community tours that highlight key features and benefits • Follow up with leads and confidently guide prospects through the leasing process • Prepare and process lease documentation and applications with accuracy • Collaborate with onsite teams to stay informed on availability, pricing, and specials • Maintain organized prospect and resident records • Support daily leasing office operations and occupancy goals What We’re Looking For • Previous leasing or property management experience • Strong communication and customer service skills • Confidence qualifying prospects and closing leases • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude • Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar property management software is a plus • LIHTC experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer • Onsite opportunities in your area • Competitive pay based on experience • Supportive teams in a fast-paced environment • Immediate openings available ZrSD1 Company Description Career Strategies, Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer, specializing in Property Management and related talent staffing.
