DescriptionSIGN ON BONUS: $8,000
Estimated starting wage range is $96,263.29.00 - $121,919.08 based
off previous relevant experience.
- Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for
Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5%
for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend
Overnight Shift)
- Relocation Bonus $8,000.00 to move to San Diego

Telecare in San Diego: Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT)

- Telecare San Diego's behavioral health program is a 24/7,
Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) serving individuals of all ages
experiencing mental health crisis.
- MCRT is creating an opportunity for Clinicians, Case Manager
Master's, and Certified Peer Supports to intervene in a unique way
that has never been done before in our system of care.
- This program collaborates and accepts referrals from the San
Diego Access and Crisis Line (ACL) and law enforcement.
- San Diego's MCRT will offer crisis triage and management, risk
assessment, in-person intervention, and case management.
- Each team will respond to calls from the mobile crisis van to
provide services directly in the field in the following San Diego
Regions: Central, East, South, North Central and North Inland.

What are the qualifications? (Must Have)
- Current licensure or registration with CA BBS as an LMFT, LCSW,
LPCC that is valid and in good standing with the board
- A Master's Degree in Social Sciencesor related field
- One (2) years of experience in providing crisis management and
mental health services
- Driver's license and vehicle insurance that is current and
validwith your name listed as the driver
- Your own personal vehicle to use for work to attend community
meetings, drive on site to crisis if needed, and more.
- Position requires transporting Members in program van
(acceptable driving record needed)
Preferred Experience
- Outpatient clinic or community mental health service with two
(2) years of direct clinical service
- Experience providing intensive case management and/or intensive
community supports using psychiatric rehabilitation concepts
What will your role entail?
- Dispatched and responds to emergency / crisis events in the
community across San Diego County
- Provides onsite therapeutic interventions support to persons
and families in crisis
- Collaborates with other First Responders as needed to provide
onsite crisis support including, but not limited to, transporting
members to appropriate levels of care
- Will act as a leader for the dispatched mobile team, providing
clinical guidance and instruction to team members
- Will complete a concise assessment to paint a clinical picture
of the members needs and provide appropriate treatment
recommendations
- Making appropriate referrals for placement, case management and
aftercare services, as assigned
- Developing and maintaining an awareness of community
resource
Employment Status & Shifts Available
- Full-Time: 3-12 schedule w/ 1 additional 8 hour shift every
other week to total 80 hours every 2 weeks
- Must be able to work either Saturdays or Sundays
- PM: 2:30pm - 1:00am available
- NOC: 9:00pm - 7:30am available
Estimated starting wage range is $96,263.29 - $121,919.08 based off
previous relevant experience. Telecare applies geographic
differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this
role will be based on the geographic location from which the role
is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience
above the minimum requirements.
