Job Description:
A company is looking for an SVP, Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Chair the Corporate Compliance Committee and oversee the compliance
program tailored to healthcare industry needs
Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and monitor the
impact of regulatory changes on operations
Conduct audits, manage compliance risks, and develop training
programs to promote a culture of compliance
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business
Administration, or a related field; Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management,
or legal roles within the healthcare industry
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and relevant federal
and state laws
Certifications such as Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or
Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) are highly
desirable
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing
compliance teams
