The CNAs in the Float Pool will be assigned as needed to the following departments, MedSurg, Geropsych, Telemetry, DOU, ICU/CCU, Subacute and Emergency Department.QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, required.
• Current BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
• Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician's office preferred.
• Minimum six months experience in an acute care hospital or Skilled Nursing to float to the Subacute unit, required.West Anaheim Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
