A company is looking for a Remote Pharmacist - MTM.
Key Responsibilities
Support a pilot program for medication adherence for Medicare
Advantage
Engage in population health initiatives
Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve medication
management
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Pharmacist
Recent experience from a PBM or MCO setting
Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of residence
Medication Adherence experience strongly preferred
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
