Job Description As a Therapist, you’ll play a central role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients participating in our IOP. You’ll lead group therapy sessions, build strong therapeutic relationships, and collaborate with our care team to ensure each patient’s treatment plan supports lasting improvement and recovery. You will also support refining the clinical curriculum as the program evolves and expands. Required Qualifications Licensed behavioral health clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCPC, or equivalent) or other clinical license as required by state regulations 4–5 years of experience providing behavioral health services in outpatient or community-based settings Experience facilitating both group sessions and one-on-one counseling Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams for behavioral health patients, including primary care Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish trust, and deliver trauma-informed care High empathy quotient with a strong commitment to patient-centered care Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
