Key Responsibilities: - Independently coordinate and deliver nursing care for patients in the operating room following nursing standards and ethical guidelines. - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams and patients families. - Monitor patient responses and adjust nursing interventions accordingly to ensure safe and therapeutic care. - Anticipate and respond promptly to rapid changes in patient conditions and activate emergency protocols when necessary. - Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient assessments and care activities. - Adhere to infection control policies, medication administration protocols, and controlled substance regulations to ensure safety. - Participate in professional development, competency assessments, and hospital initiatives that promote nursing excellence and wellness.
