Responsibilities: Personal Care: Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times. Companionship: Engage with clients through conversation, activities, and social interaction to promote their emotional well-being. Household Assistance: Help with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping to maintain a clean and safe environment. Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take their medications as prescribed, keeping track of schedules and dosages. Mobility Support: Aid clients with walking, transferring, and exercises to maintain their physical health. Documentation: Accurately record client information, progress notes, and any changes in condition to keep our team informed. Mileage reimbursement One-on-one Caregiving that makes a real impact 24/7 office support so you’re never alone on the job Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must have a Home Care Aid License High school diploma or equivalent required. No professional experience required. Family experience and/or professional caregiver experience is accepted. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and follow care plans. Ability to communicate with office staff, clients, and other caregivers through phone call, text, and email.
