This vital role ensures the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the facilities we service, particularly focusing on food safety and sanitation protocols. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the rigorous adherence to sanitation procedures, contributing to the safety and operational efficiency of our client's facilities across various industries. Utilizing the latest in cleaning technology and methods, the Sanitation Tech will help maintain environments that meet both ABM's high standards and regulatory compliance. Perform regular and detailed cleaning tasks to maintain hygiene and safety standards. Handle and properly mix cleaning chemicals, monitoring inventory and requesting supplies as necessary. Conduct inspections and maintain records of sanitation practices and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure areas are cleaned and prepared for the next day. Follow all health and safety regulations, and company policies. Proficiency with industrial cleaning equipment and products Knowledge of sanitation protocols in a food service or manufacturing environment Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene Medical Insurance Certification in Chemical Handling Food Handler's Permit (as required by local regulations)
