DescriptionPay Rate: $65000 to $70000 Per Year.BENEFITSVeolia's

agreement.Position Purpose:The Recruiter will report to the
Director of Talent Acquisition and be accountable for full cycle
talent acquisition, delivering affective talent acquisition
services and solutions to meet the business to meet current and
anticipated future hiring demands with added focus on process
efficiencies, managing cost, and increasing value while complying
with external legal and regulatory requirements and ensuring
alignment with established internal standards and
guidelines.Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide full-cycle talent acquisition support to assigned
client base developing robust, insightful sourcing and branding
plans to attract and recruit qualified and diverse talent.
- Understands client business and knowledgeable of talent
availability in the marketplace.
- Cultivates and maintains relationships to source top talent
that meet qualifications and organizational fit.
- Partner with hiring managers, business leaders and HR Business
Partners to understand business needs and develop effective
recruiting plans and strategies.
- Educate and counsel managers on recruitment policies and
procedures, interviewing techniques & guidelines and compliance and
understanding of EEO/OFCCP laws and regulations.
- Interface with vendors and recruitment agencies engaged on
searches.
- Track and report recruiting status reports to clients and HR
Business Partners
- Participate in recruiting-related projects and
initiatives.
- Ensure standard operating procedures and service level
agreements are adhered to.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, employment
law, and technological
advancements.QualificationsEducation/Experience/Background:
- 3-5 years of full-cycle corporate/business unit recruiting
experience, knowledgeable of best-in-class operating processes and
procedures.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
or equivalent experience and demonstrated success.
- Experience developing and implementing effective recruiting
strategies to source passive and active candidates including but
not limited to job boards, career fairs, internet mining, social
and professional networking, email sourcing ions, cold calling, and
referrals.
- Experience in creating recruiting status reports tor clients
and HR Business Partners.
- Experience in selling jab opportunities and closing
candidates.
- Experience serving on teams in support of TA
projects/Indicatives.
- Experience partnering with outside recruiting agencies.
- Experience with ATS (Taleo or SuccessFactors).
- Recruitment experience in the water, wastewater or energy
Industry Experience with Google mail,
docs.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Demonstrated capability of leveraging recruitment technology
and social networks (LinkedIn, ATS: CRM) to maximize candidate
quality and grow talent pipeline.
- Skilled in delivering interview training to hiring managers and
interview teams.
- Successful track record in building and maintaining
relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledgeable of EEO/OFCCP laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention
to detail.
- Results driven with a keen sense of urgency and motivated to
excel.
- Strong internal relationship building and team-oriented
skills.
- Strong external networking and candidate relationship building
skills.
- Excellent communication (both oral and written); interpersonal
and consultative skills.
- Good project management skills.
- Leads with high integrity and exercises good judgement.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of
confidentiality.Required Certification/Licenses/Training:
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred.
