Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Practitioner to
manage employee accommodations and support requests in a fast-paced
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accommodation requests through Salesforce Lightning,
ensuring timely resolution and communication
Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
regarding accommodation-related inquiries
Maintain compliance with legal requirements and company policies
while ensuring data integrity in Salesforce
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources, customer
service, or a related field
At least 6 months of experience in a contact center, customer
service, or case management environment
Proficiency in Google Suite is preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning or similar HR systems is a
plus
