Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize Django-based microservices for high transaction
volumes
Implement cloud-native solutions and ensure security compliance
Mentor team members and drive technical excellence within the
engineering team
Required Qualifications
8-12+ years of experience in Python and microservices
development
Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
Mastery of PostgreSQL and experience with Redis
Experience scaling high-traffic, multi-tenant SaaS applications
Strong understanding of security practices and distributed
computing
