injury litigation law firm based in Santa Ana, CA is looking to add
two experienced and reliable Case Managers to their team. This is a
small firm that is growing therefore there is a lot of potential
for growth with the firm. This is not a cookie cutter or case mill
auto accident firm. The owner and managing partner has over 30
years of experience litigating cases and believes in the true
practice of law. They are known for handling unique cases and
taking on and winning cases other seasoned attorneys turn down
because they felt there was no case or it was too difficult to
handle. Ideal candidates will be ready and willing to work, eager
to learn and grow with the firm as well as have the desire for
longevity with the firm. Duties include but are not limited to
handling cases from start to finish including opening claims with
insurance companies, arranging medical care if needed, property
damage if applicable, communicating with clients and insurance
companies obtaining medical records and preparing for demands (no
writing of demands). Most of the work will be pre litigation but
will continue to help with litigation if the suit is filed. This
position is full time, on site at the firm’s Santa Ana, CA office.
Qualifications: Must have 3 years’ case management experience in
both pre suit and litigation Must have experience in personal
injury litigation Associate degree or higher is preferred Must have
excellent multitasking and organizational skills and attention to
detail Must be resourceful and have strong critical thinking skills
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills Must have
a ready to work can do attitude promote
