The job site for the permanent Accounts Payable Clerk is in the National City, California area.Responsibilities- Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies- Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail- Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners- Carry out additional tasks as assigned- Conduct full-cycle A/P- Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department- Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling- Provide support during internal and external audits- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents
