Requirements As our chosen Occupancy Specialist, everyday you will be responsible for keeping current on all updates/changes within our affordable housing programs, take care of interims and annual re-certifications, and process household file applications for rental assistance and affordable housing programs within the compliance department. You will also assist with completion of MOR/LIHTC/State Agency reviews and assist with HUD annual rent increases, contract renewals, utility analyses, and RCS. Summercrest is a beautiful affordable apartment community in National City, CA and we want YOU to be our Occupancy Specialist! To thrive in this role: Prior experience in processing Move in applications, Annual Recertification's, and Interim recertification's with a Project Based Section 8 & Tax Credit Affordable Apartment Community (OR) have experience in working at a local housing authorities processing files.
