Position Overview RMGS, Incis currently recruiting a Digital Communication Specialist in Coronado, California, in support of the Naval Special Warfare Center (NAVSPECWARCEN)This position is contingent upon contract awardRoles and Responsibilities--- Create organic content on a regular schedule in accordance with NAVSPECWARCEN strategy and suggest creative ideas for organic content.
* Write and upload captions and posts, assist with podcast production, use site tools to create graphics, polls, calculators, quizzes and assessments, and other content.
* Collect analytics with organic social media channel tools and analyze audience with assistance of media monitoring analysis tool.
* Create at least three (3) pieces of original textual/graphic content for weekly social media distribution.
* Upload additional content as directed, including videos created by PAO staff and contractor Videographer, and content from approved sources.
* Provide audio transcription service up to twice a month to support Government podcast.
* Monitor and engage with visitors/followers/subscribers daily during work hours in accordance with guidance and policies provided by Government.
* Provide social media analytics and media monitoring on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis commencing with the beginning of the Contract Year.Required Qualifications and Experience--- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience performing the General duties described and/or similar digital management, strategy, and execution in the private or public sector.
