This is a full-time, benefit-eligible salaried position (80 hours every two weeks) with partial remote work. The candidate must be local to San Diego. The role involves:
  • Participating in establishing and ensuring achievement of the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Leading strategic efforts in assigned areas.
  • Providing functional expertise to support department directors, managers, and the executive team.
  • Overseeing budgets for the assigned areas.
  • Directing standards of practice and process improvement activities.
  • Managing staffing matrices with authority to hire, evaluate performance, and discipline employees.
  • Formulating policies and procedures to guide and support service delivery.#LI-JS1
