Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deliver
software solutions
Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and
ensure successful project delivery
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a
culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Chorus BPM (AWD) Process designer in
the Life insurance Domain
Strong skills in technical architecture, project management, and
organizational change
Basic understanding of Business Process Modeling techniques and
tools
Experience working with OS365 integration
Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
