Description:The Employer Solutions Associate will play a vital,
behind the scenes role in helping our advisors support their
clients with retirement planning. You'll be the go-to resource for
our Employer Retirement Solutions (ERS) team, helping to keep
things running smoothly and compliantly. Whether It's responding to
advisor questions, preparing quarterly reports, managing projects,
or coordinating with clients, your work helps ensure that
retirement plans stay on track. This role also involves close
collaboration with internal teams, keeping everyone informed and
aligned with up-to-date retirement plan information. It's a
detailed oriented position where your support truly makes a
difference for both our advisors and the clients they serve.

PM21Requirements:Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to understand and resolve issues as they
arise. Consult with the ERS team lead for guidance on
direction.
- Proactively follow-up on census regarding annual questionnaire
from prior year that go to clients in Q1.
- Assist clients to understand how to log-in and complete 5500
annual tax forms.
- Liaison between the recordkeeper and other providers such as
TPA's, payroll, accountant, etc. with the client for the ERS
team.
- Respond to client issues and report weekly updates.
- Work with our advisor team to schedule meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite,
including PowerPoint.
- Preferred candidate has knowledge of qualified plans, ERISA
regulations, and plan administration.
- QKA or interest in obtaining other designations preferred.
