Job Description:
A company is looking for a Safety Specialist / Quality and
Training Specialist (QTS).
Key Responsibilities
Support management with the maintenance and review of quality
documents and training programs
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standardize
training materials across the organization
Monitor and evaluate employee performance and training
effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
7+ years of relevant work experience in pharmacovigilance (PV)
5+ years in a quality role within the pharmaceutical or
biotechnology industry
Strong knowledge of worldwide regulations related to GPV for
pharmaceutical products
Experience in auditing, inspections, and quality management
systems
