Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Representative to manage
small business customer accounts and enhance customer
retention.
Key Responsibilities
Manage automated account management for SMB accounts, focusing on
retention and renewals
Act as the escalation point for critical customer issues, including
cancellations and training requests
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing customer
needs and health data
Required Qualifications
Experience in high-volume, customer-facing roles such as sales
support or customer success
Proficiency in Salesforce is required; experience with Planhat is
preferred
Strong focus on operational efficiency and automation
Ability to take ownership of customer issues and provide
solutions
Comfortable with context-switching between tasks and customer
interactions
