Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Producer focused on
policy, regulation, trade delegations, and tech in the EU and
beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the expert for content related to policy, regulation, and
trade
Support the Event Lead across speaker acquisition, editorial
planning, and stakeholder management
Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth event delivery
and speaker satisfaction
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in global regulation, governance, policy,
innovation, and trade
Proven experience working with high-profile companies and
institutions
Experience in content production, live events, policy, journalism,
or tech communications
Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus
Familiarity with CRM and workflow tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google
Suite, Monday.com)
