Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist to provide
advanced services to patients, providers, and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced services including billing support, claims
assistance, and prior authorization tracking
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer requests
in a timely manner
Establish expertise in payer trends and coordinate with service
providers to ensure compliance with program policies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree
preferred
Minimum of four years of experience in customer service, medical
billing, or related fields
Advanced customer service experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
General knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
