Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solar Operations Administrator to
manage high-impact projects and support operational processes
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project
outcomes
Manage tasks and deadlines using project management tools across
multiple initiatives
Coordinate events and meetings, ensuring they are structured and
actionable
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management,
Marketing, Event Management, or related field, or equivalent work
experience
3+ years of experience in executive support, project management, or
event planning
Proven success in applying Project Management best practices; Lean
Six Sigma certification is a plus
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and relevant digital
tools
Expertise in residential solar development and financing strategies
is preferred
