Job Description:
A company is looking for a Title Examiner - Sr Title
Examiner.
Key Responsibilities
Search and examine title records to ensure accuracy and
completeness
Create accurate title commitments and reports for basic to
moderately complex title orders
Answer member questions and resolve moderately complex title
issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in title examination and knowledge of the title
insurance industry
Proficiency in Title Insurance software such as Resware, e-closing,
or ATIDS
Experience with Mapping and Metes and Bounds
Knowledge of legal descriptions and real property law
Basic math proficiency and ability to learn mapping techniques
