Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and support
on design projects
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource
allocation
Ensure compliance with design standards and communicate effectively
with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a CIDA or NAAB accredited institution in
Architecture or Interior Design
5+ years of professional design experience
3+ years of experience managing and mentoring a design team
5+ years of Revit experience in a professional setting
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite software
applications
