Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant to the Senior Lease
Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and communicate with Asset Managers to obtain necessary
documentation for new leases
Prepare and review Acceptance of Premise forms and upload new
leases and related agreements in Yardi
Assist Asset and Property Managers with leasing-related inquiries
and maintain tenant packages
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, CPA License required
Latin honors (cum laude or higher) required
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Yardi experience is a plus
